How It Works

At Finite Engineering, we draw from years of technical experience to create clear and defined directions for problem solving. Considered a respected leader in the product engineering arena, we go the extra mile to understand your project and provide you a finalized product.

We listen carefully and obtain a full understanding of your requirements and processes. After learning from your expertise and past success, we use our mechanical engineering expertise to help drive innovation and manufacturability.

We manage expectations by determining accurate and achievable milestones and managing deliverables.

Finite Engineering uses the SOW to provide a proposal outlining the project based on the initial information we've gathered. This generally includes:

• All important/critical requirements
• Cost Estimate (in stages)
• Overall Schedule

With your approval, Finite Engineering will coordinate engineering, design, drafting and analysis resources based on the agreed project proposal.

• Assign a project lead
• Produce a project schedule
• Assign required resources



The resources may be increased or decreased as the project moves forward based on needs, deadlines, project objectives and budget constraints.

The Finite Engineering assigned Project Manager / Engineer will manage all aspects of the project including:

• Direct contact with you or an assigned representative
• Weekly virtual project review meetings
• Weekly budget, hour and schedule status reviews
• Client upper management reviews (when needed)

Once your project is concluded, Finite Engineering ownership will review the overall project with the client. This may include feedback on:

• Project Manager / Engineering performance
• Project team performance
• Overall project coordination
• Meeting delivery and deadlines
• Overall client satisfaction
